Apprenticeship Delivery Model

All businesses are different so we work with you to find the right approach. 

Our leadership development experts act as an extension to L&D teams, spending time in the business getting to know the exact needs and challenges you face now and in the future. We then work in partnership with you to design and implement management apprenticeship programmes aligned to these organisational needs.

We offer a number of delivery options to accommodate all learner and business needs including; face to face, virtual workshops, 121 support, coaching and distance learning.

Selecting two to four extra modules which suit your business needs. These will be delivered alongside the core modules of the apprenticeship.
